The EasyBuddy handles up to five trays in and five trays out as standard. For even greater automation, you can add an automatic stacker which can hold 40 trays, boosting your production autonomy.
Trays can be loaded or unloaded without interrupting machine operation, and the EasyFit remains fully accessible for manual use when needed. Jobs can be prepared through your LMS, an offline station, or directly on the machine—whatever works best for your workflow.
EasyScan
EasyScan, the integrated pre-inspection scan device, allows EasyBuddy to analyze the lenses before the edging, polarisation included, to place the lens into the EasyFit Trend in the perfect position without any human intervention.
